After listening to the whole thing, Bhavishya also started pondering that in the last three days, how did the entire internet balance exhaust. He advised Hitesh to talk to customer care. He was aware that Hitesh was slightly short-tempered, so he specially explained to Hitesh that he should report his problem to customer care politely and calmly. He specifically told Hitesh not to scream or shout. Hitesh, according to the advice given by Bhavishya, narrated his entire plea to the customer care very calmly and in a pleading manner. After listening to Hitesh, he got a reply from Customer Care that the plan expired within three days and this was their new rule. Hearing this, Hitesh got angry but he recalled Bhavishya’s advice and he agreed with the customer care and hung up. Based on the advice of Bhavishya, he thought it was appropriate to mail the senior-most officer in his state. When he mailed the officer, he told him that he would also go to the consumer court. He wrote that either his data should be returned to him or his money should be refunded, otherwise he would knock the door of the consumer court. After seeing the mail, the officer thought that if Hitesh went to the Consumer Court, then it would hamper the company even more and the image will also be tarnished. Considering all this, the officer decided to refund Hitesh’s money. A few hours later, when Hitesh saw that his phone had a recharge of a hundred rupees, he thanked Bhavishya. Bhavishya explained to him that in any difficult situation one should work cool headedly and maintain a balanced temperament, only then the problem could be resolved.
