Cab driver: Hello Sir! Have you booked the cab?
Customer: Yes, where are you?
Cab driver: Sir, I am standing just in front of your house.
Customer: Okay, I come in two minutes.
Cab driver: Sir, please tell me your OTP.
Customer: Sure, it’s 2578.
Cab driver: Okay Sir, so you have to go to Lajpat Nagar?
Customer: Yes. So, this car is rented or your own?
Cab driver: Sir, it’s rented. I have to pay one thousand per day to the owner, apart from that whatever is earned is mine.
Customer: How much do you earn in a day then?
Cab driver: Somewhere around 2500 rupees.
Customer: Since when have you been driving a taxi?
Cab driver: Sir, I have been driving in Delhi for the last 15 years. Earlier I used to drive an auto, but after Ola and Uber came, the demands for autos fell; so, I thought it is better to drive a taxi now.
Customer: That’s really good. Also, it is so hot these days, you at least get some relaxation from the heat outside.
Cab driver: That’s true Sir, along with that I also play radio inside the cab. Also, whenever I feel like; then only I accept a request. Due to that customer’s request doesn’t come to me all the time. After some rest, when I feel like working again, then I switch on the request to receive them again.
Customer: Good, that’s nice.
Cab driver: Sir, where exactly do you want to go?
Customer: The clothes shop that you can see there, stop the car beside that.
Cab driver: Sir, your bill is Rs 225.
Customer: Here you go; I’ve made the payment online from my mobile. Please check.
Cab driver: Yes Sir, I got it. Thanks a lot.
