Harsh: Hey there! Be careful.
Ajay: Thank you, friend! You saved my life bro.
Harsh: You should be careful on the roads. People these days have no respect for traffic rules.
Ajay: Yes, you are right! I was actually looking ahead to find a shop when that bike suddenly came out of nowhere.
Harsh: I saw what happened. These people don’t even let us walk safely on the sidewalk. They fill up the road with traffic and then rush over the sidewalk as well. I don’t understand what all the hurry is about.
Ajay: Exactly! Everyone has some work. Everyone has somewhere to reach on time but these people seem to be the busiest of all.
Harsh: My biggest complaint is that they don’t even let the pedestrians feel safe.
Ajay: That is true, brother. I was only walking on the sidewalk. That is for walking only, isn’t it?
Harsh: You did nothing wrong. That guy was driving way past the speed limit. He should have been caught by the traffic police.
Ajay: Yes! But these people are very clever. They purposely choose the paths and the corners in order to escape from being spotted by the police.
Harsh: I see this every day. My house is right there, so I see whatever happens here. Last week I witnessed a very fatal accident. I heard the man who was hit died on his way to the hospital.
Ajay: That’s horrific! There should be stricter laws.
Harsh: The government is trying its best but nothing would work unless we citizens come forward to help implement those rules.
Ajay: That is true. Okay, I need to get going now. It was nice meeting you, friend. Thank you for saving my life.
