Sony: Yes. Who is this?

Amit: I am Amit and I’m calling from xyz.com. I see that you have applied for the post of
graphic designer, is that right?

Sony: Yes sir. I did.

Amit: I am calling for the same. I would be guiding you through the selection process and the job requirements. I would also be telling you what you would have to do as a part of your job.

Sony: Sure sir, I understand.

Amit: Let’s get started then. First, I’ll tell you what we are looking for. We need a graphic
designer who knows how to work on Photoshop and Illustrator. You also need to have some work experience. This job is not for a fresher. Apart from this, you should be able to be available and work for at least 8 hours a day.

Sony: Sir, as I have mentioned in my resume, I have a B.Des degree and I know how to use Photoshop and Illustrator. I am also experienced in UI/UX design. I have a work experience of 2 years. I would do my work attentively for the assigned hours.

Amit: Okay. For the selection procedure you would be asked to design a post for our social media campaign and submit it within 24 hours. If you are selected, you would be hired on a monthly salary of 30 thousand. For now, you would be working from home. After seeing your work for a month you would be offered the permanent job and then you would have to move to Kolkata.

Sony:  I would make sure to submit the post before the deadline.

Amit: I hope everything is clear now?

Sony: Yes, sir. Everything is clear.
