Conversation between two friends about Job…
Rohit: Hi Priya, What’s up?
Priya: I am good. What about you, Rohit?
Rohit: I am fine. Thank you! You are looking tensed! What happened?
Priya: Nothing. Actually I’m planning for a job change these days.
Rohit: What happened? Any problem?
Priya: Yes, my office is 15 kms from my home. It’s really a headache to commute every day, and that too by bus. You can imagine.
Rohit: But how is the work?
Priya: Work is fine. No pressure as such! But one has to stay till 7. I reach home by 8. It’s pretty late.
Rohit: Have you applied somewhere else?
Priya: I have sent my resume to several places but haven’t got even a single response yet.
Rohit: Oh! Don’t worry! Things will be all right in some time and you will get a job of your choice.
Priya: Anyway, what about you Rohit?
Rohit: Nothing interesting! I am also fed up with my job. There is nothing new, the same boring work every day!
Priya: What is your job profile?
Rohit: I am into designing work. I work on Corel, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Priya: Then, what’s wrong?
Rohit: Same boring task every day; and additionally this much of work load makes one extremely tired.
Priya: It’s obvious. The company takes at least 10 times in return of what they pay.
Rohit: I agree. But still, I need some challenging work that improves my skills.
Priya: I can understand. Why don’t you find some other job?
Rohit: I’ve already placed my resume in several job portals; but I think all is waste.
Priya: No, nothing as such. My brother had got a good job through a portal only. Have patience, you will also get one.
Rohit: Hope so!
Priya: I think, we must leave now. It’s getting dark.
Rohit: You are right. See you soon. Good bye.
