Shweta: Hi Naresh.

Naresh: Oh, hi Shweta.

Shweta: How was your summer vacation?

Naresh: It was really good. I did an internship over the summer. Have to make tuition money right? What did you do?

Shweta: I took some certificate courses. They were fun and they add skills to my resume.

Naresh: I should’ve done that too.

Shweta: Yeah. And I have started learning Japanese because I’ve heard that’s in demand. I’m planning on applying for a diploma course this year.

Naresh: That makes sense. So where is Nisha?

Shweta: She dropped out of college completely.

Naresh: Really? Why?

Shweta: She worked at a start-up company as an intern and since the business did well, they asked her if she wanted to work full time.

Naresh: Wow. She’s so lucky. She doesn’t have a degree and she already has a job.

Shweta: It sounds good now, but I’m traditional. I want the degree, so I wouldn’t have accepted the offer.

Naresh: Do you know how much they are paying her?

Shweta: I don’t know. But I bet it must have been a good offer, or she wouldn’t have accepted it. I also plan on having my own start-up someday, but only after I complete my education.

Naresh: It’s a good thing to be ambitious. You are headstrong and smart. You’ll get there someday.

Shweta: Thank you. You know what? We should partner-up. That’ll reduce my expense and workload and on the plus side I’ll have a friend as business partner. What do you say?

Naresh: Haha. Doesn’t sound bad to me. We’ll do that later but first we need to reach the class otherwise we would be in trouble.

Shweta: Oh! You’re right. Let’s hurry.
