In this English Conversation, The employee complaining about the increased workload to his boss
इस अंग्रेज़ी वार्तालाप में, कर्मचारी अपने बॉस से वर्कलोड बढ़ने की शिकायत करते हुए
Rohit: Sir, may I come in?
Mr. Kapoor: Sure, get in. Take a seat.
Rohit: Good morning sir!
Mr. Kapoor: Good morning, Rohit. Why did you want to meet me? Is there a problem?
Rohit: Yes sir. There is a slight problem that everyone in the office is complaining about.
Mr. Kapoor: Don’t hesitate, Rohit. Tell me what it is.
Rohit: Sir, after having a discussion with my colleagues I’ve come here to talk about the pressure that the increased workload is putting on us.
Mr. Kapoor: Increased workload?
Rohit: Yes sir. When two people retired last month, there has been no new recruitment since then, which has increased the workload over the rest of us.
Mr. Kapoor: I see. Go on.
Rohit: Sir, we now have to stay back an extra hour every other day to finish up all the work on time. We already work for 8 hours and honestly, no one is ready to work for extra hours without any bonus or increase in salary. People are demanding for either salary to be increased or new employees to be recruited
.
Mr. Kapoor: I can understand. Their demands are reasonable. Let me think about it. I’ll announce my decision tomorrow morning in the meeting.
Rohit: Okay sir! I go and inform everyone.
Mr. Kapoor: Yes, please. I’ll see you in the meeting tomorrow. You all leave early today at 5 o’clock.
Rohit: You’re giving us off for the rest of the day?
Mr. Kapoor: Yes, you people deserve some rest. You all have been working very hard.
Rohit: Thank you, sir! See you tomorrow!
